A few things I've dug lately in West TN and North MS. All dug on private property I might add.
Dropped 58 cal 3 ringer, flattened minie ball, 2 dropped 69 cal musket balls, a dropped 36 cal Colt pistol bullet, dropped 36 cal pistol ball and a knapsack triangle. I suspect these were dropped by Confederate troops on April 5 while enroute to Shiloh, Michie TN
Harmonica reeds, pewter utensil, oil lamp burner eschuteon, sling buckle, circular piece I'd love to identify. Second pic; pocket watch frame, oil lamp wick raiser knob, iron lock, brass sling buckle, trouser button, camp lead. Winter huts, Grand Junction, TN
Sling buckles, camp lead, cabinet latch, camp lead, round ball, Sharps bullet, Enfield lock plate screw. Winter huts, Grand Junction, TN
Toe tap, semi-melted 58 cal 3 ringer, carved minie ball as far as I can tell, broken US Cavalry spur, camp lead, broken pocketknife, broken glass. Winter huts, Grand Junction, TN
Camp lead, Eagle button back (front fell to pieces as I touched it, managed to find one little piece), partially cast 3 ringer. Grand Junction, TN
Flat button, Confederate Puff Rim Block I Infantry button. Grand Junction, TN
Camp lead, dropped 58 cal 3 ringer, fired 58 cal 3 ringer (straight into the ground), Gaylord bayonet scabbard tip. Grand Junction, TN
Eagle button found with the above.
Dropped 58 cal 3 ringer, dropped 58 cal Confederate Gardner, dropped and fired 69 cal musket/pistol balls. Second pic; 5 fired 58 cal 3 ringers, fired 577 cal Enfield, and fired 44 cal Colt pistol bullet fired by Confederate troops. Hardin Co, TN
1850 Seated Liberty half-dime. Bartlett, TN
Soldier's equipment stencil. Might just be a regular stencil, where I dug it had a lot of history since 1854, in fact just talked to someone at the company and sent him a photo to get his opinion. Bartlett, TN
Federal Officer's Infantry coat button. Bartlett, TN
Federal Officer's dress uniform shoulder scale lock piece, 1877 susupender buckle. Bartlett, TN
Dropped 577 cal Enfield, dropped 58 cal 3 ringer, buckshot, Federal Officer's Eagle I coat button (above pic). Bartlett, TN
Rammed and pulled 58 cal 3 ringer, dropped 58 cal 3 ringers. Bartlett, TN
Fired Spencer case. Bartlett, TN
More to come when I manage to find them in my albums.
